TuffPuff Payments: Deposits, Withdrawals and Payout Times

Around forty methods take a deposit, depending on your country and bank. Only four can pay you out, and the one you use decides whether you wait hours or most of a week.

The decision that matters is made before anything is won. Money goes in around forty ways and comes out four ways, and the method used to deposit does not determine the route used to withdraw. The casino may reject a transaction if identity, age, location or ability to pay is not sufficiently evidenced.

Why the gap between 24 hours and five working days

The split in the payout table is mechanical rather than a judgement about which player deserves speed. A bank transfer leaves the casino and enters banking systems that settle on working days, in batches, with cut-off times that differ by country and by bank. That is why its published window is 3 to 5 working days, and why a request placed late on a Friday can lose a weekend before it moves at all. An e-wallet or a crypto transfer does not pass through those systems. Once the account is verified, the casino's side of the transaction is a single instruction, which is why the same request posts in 0 to 24 hours.

None of that is unique to TuffPuff. The 0 to 24 hour figure is also not a promise of money appearing at once: it describes the operator's processing window after verification, and the receiving side can still take its own time to show the funds.

What else holds the money up

An active bonus is the most common reason a withdrawal does not complete as expected. Request a withdrawal before wagering is finished and the bonus money and everything won from it are removed. Leave a credited bonus unactivated and request a withdrawal, and the bonus dies the moment the request is made. The 5 day clock matters for the same reason: once it runs out with wagering unfinished, nothing converts to cash.

Beyond the bonus, a weekend or a public holiday will sit against a bank transfer until the next working day. Withdrawal ceilings rise with loyalty rank, from EUR 500 per transaction and per day at Member to EUR 1,000 at Black, with monthly caps moving from EUR 10,000 to EUR 20,000, so a large win may have to be taken in more than one payment. Crypto, with the caveats

Crypto is one of the four exit routes and it posts in 0 to 24 hours after verification, the shortest published window on the site. More than 15 coins are accepted, among them Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP, Cardano, Dogecoin, Tron, Solana, Tether on ERC20 and TRC20, and USD Coin. That named list applies to the deposit side. For withdrawals the operator states only crypto, without naming coins, so the list should not be read as a promise about which coin can be paid out.

One cost sits with the player. The value of most coins can shift between the casino sending them and the player converting them, which Tether is designed to avoid.
